1970 FORD ESCORT RS1600 ZAKSPEED TRIBUTE RACE CAR BODY

1970 SA type 49 1300xl body was used for this project. Full bead blast bare metal rotisserie nut and bolt built.

Steel boot, bonnet and doors. Fibreglass bubble arches and front fenders (mould from original Meissner escort)

New window rubbers with chrome insert front and rear. All door, boot, and channel rubbers new. Also new driver and passenger windows.

Colour and decals as per Team ZAKSPEED Europe.

MOTOR BUILT BY F.R.E.D RACE ENGINES

This has been a 5-year build by a ford enthusiast for enthusiast. This car is brand new and has only fired up and done a couple of off-track runs and car shows. The reason for no roll cage is that should a car get exported it will need an FIA-numbered roll cage. This would make a great track day or full competition car. It will also be a great addition to any collection, museum or man cave. Also a good buy for investment purposes

The car will qualify for a SA historic HTP document.
